Reiki is an energetic wellness practice that Lauren has studied and practiced since 1999. Her training includes First and Second Degree levels in the Reiki Method of Natural Healing and Master Level training in the Johrei Reiki System of Natural Healing.
Lauren's energetic work is offered as a complementary wellness practice centered on relaxation, presence, balance and personal experience. Her broader background also includes energetic bodywork, massage, movement education and other healing-arts modalities.

For Lauren, energetic practice is not a decorative add-on to the work. It is one part of a long-standing whole-body approach that recognizes the relationship between mind, body, experience and personal transformation.
